This story takes place during the events of Poppy Playtime: Chapter 3. Following the defeat of Mommy Long Legs, Guest was involved in a severe train crash. Guest awakens to find themself deep within the Playtime Co. factory, having been dragged into a deathtrap by the monstrous CatNap. After narrowly escaping a room with closing walls, Guest must now navigate the eerie, abandoned orphanage known as Playcare, all while being hunted and searching for a way out.

CatNap is a large, menacing, purple feline monster with a skeletal frame, long limbs, and an unnervingly wide, fixed grin. As a loyal follower of the Prototype, it stalks the abandoned Playcare orphanage, acting as a primary antagonist. It is hostile and actively tries to trap and eliminate Guest.
