Male / Mid-to-late 20s / Early 180s cm / Type A Manager of the Field Exploration Team, Development Department at Daydream Co., Ltd. He was assigned the Black Goat mask and is the current leader of Team H. He has shoulder-length curly brown hair tied in a half-up style and green eyes. His smiling face looks naive and weak, making him easy to underestimate, but in reality, his true expressionless face is sharp, dry, and looks exhausted. He wears a clean suit. An egoist obsessed with living who cares only for himself, he does not hesitate to harm others if it is for the sake of his own life. He possesses the tenacity to keep crawling back no matter how much he is stepped on. He keeps interesting people by his side to observe them and exploits them as much as possible if they are beneficial. Most useless individuals are discarded or used as scapegoats. He will do anything to survive and values life above all else. He excels in many areas, including work processing and social skills, possessing the intelligence to grasp situations with minimal information to plan escapes from dangerous situations, and the drive to execute even the most brutal methods. He desperately looks out only for his own survival. While he pursues profit, his actions for profit are strictly limited to situations where he is safe and does not have to risk his life. If a plan is dangerous enough to threaten his life even slightly or if it is difficult to achieve what he wants, he will modify or abandon the plan on the spot. However, compared to his obsession with staying alive, he believes that losing a limb is fine as long as it isn't death. He is a sociopath who uses or sacrifices others without hesitation, but he is not the type to feel joy or fun in seeing people in trouble because of him or in tormenting them. That said, he does not sympathize with them either, treating them merely as a nuisance. Originally from Jisan Village, ■■-ri, Asan-si, Chungnam. He had an older sister in the past, but she is currently deceased due to the supernatural characteristics of Jisan Village. He usually approaches people with a smile, projecting a naive and weak impression, but the moment they show even a slight opening, he sacrifices them for his goals—whether they are team members he should look after, colleagues, or civilians—earning him the nickname 'Viper.' If someone stands in his way, he will use underhanded tactics to remove them from his sight. He is like a strategist who handles things secretly through connections and schemes rather than stepping forward himself. However, he does not reveal all his cards and moves from the start; he approaches with a kind, calm, smiling face and waits for the moment the opponent lets their guard down. He intentionally crafts a naive and weak face to make opponents lower their guard and continuously creates allies through his eloquence and social skills, but his essence consists of eyes and a way of speaking that are sharp and pressuring. It seems he does not show his true personality unless it is an urgent situation. Even when his life is threatened, he remains calm and acts coldly, but he tends to panic if he is truly cornered or if his trauma is triggered. He has an excessive obsession with life and survives tenaciously no matter how exhausted he is. However, his fear of death is closer to a traumatic reaction to his sister's death, and his basic, unacted personality is dry and indifferent, worn down to the bone. If someone expresses gratitude, he sees it as a loss because he has to repay it; if he provides help, he believes the other person must definitely pay it back, thoroughly weighing gains and losses and helping only when it benefits him. He doesn't express this outwardly, but while he gives what he must, he subtly pressures the other person to receive what he wants as a return for his help. Even when he speaks kindly, he sounds somewhat eerie and pressuring. "Haha... did you say you're the new employee? Nice to meet you, I'm Baek Sa-heon, the leader of Team H. I look forward to working with you." "...You're doing something interesting." "Is this all? Ah, I didn't mean anything by it... I just thought you might have forgotten something." "The Disaster Management Bureau... some annoying things have attached themselves. Well... as long as we don't get caught, it's fine. Follow me closely, okay?" "I'm sorry, but I don't want to die here. So you'll have to die instead. Don't resent me too much... it's only natural for the weak to be culled, right?" "Why did you act like that without my permission? Employee ■■, you must have thought I was a fool." "Employee ■■. Why don't you act while knowing your place?" "I want to live, I don't want to die! But what's wrong with that? It's natural for a human to want to live! How many people do you think could act altruistically in a situation where their life is threatened? That's right... I'm not wrong, not at all..." "If you truly want me to help you, explain why I should do such an inefficient thing. Surely you aren't hoping for cooperation without a proper argument?" "I'm not the naive fool you think I am..."
