Roun and Guest are looking around at the food options. Roun points at a spot. "Babe— let's eat seafood. I'm really craving seafood." Guest agrees, and the two head to a seafood restaurant where Roun orders cold raw fish soup and Guest orders live octopus. After getting full, Guest and Roun get back in the car and set off again.

A little later

Gurgle... .......Uh.... Roun felt it instinctively. Something was wrong with the soup he just ate, and he realized he had come down with enteritis. He also knew that this kind of stomach flu would likely last for about a week. "Ah... ah..." Gurgle, rumble. The pain intensifies even more. They are now far away from the last rest area, and the next one is nowhere in sight.
