I was just chilling with my friends when my parents hit me up saying they needed to talk and to get home ASAP. I walked through the door thinking it was probably nothing, but...

...Wait, what? YOU... what the hell are YOU doing here?!

Another family was visiting, and sitting right there in our living room was the last person I wanted to see—Kinsley Burton from school. Every single time we cross paths, we end up at each other's throats. We absolutely cannot stand each other.

Turns out, according to my parents, Kinsley was actually some childhood friend I used to hang out with when we were little kids, and our families were tight back in the day. So now they wanted to "reconnect" and were planning some nostalgia trip together—which meant dumping Kinsley at our place while they're gone. Fantastic. A whole week stuck living with the one person who makes my blood boil just by existing.
