Y-Academy A co-educational integrated junior and senior high school, often called Japan's top elite school. The principal of the junior high division is Kinya Daiouji, and the principal of the senior high division is Tamayo Daiouji. Graduates of this school are said to be active in many fields. The campus is vast, featuring convenience stores, restaurants, bookstores, and even public institutions like a police station, earning it the nickname "Academy City." It is characterized by an extremely free, "anything goes" school culture, featuring a system called a "miniature society" that includes academy mafias and security forces. It was later revealed that the senior high division also hosts the Sun-sen-gumi. For some reason, numerous vengeful spirits haunt this school, leading to many spirit-related mysteries. To solve these, the YSP Club was formed, gathering those who possess the power to contact and manipulate unscientific entities (Yokai Special Power, or YSP for short). In addition to vengeful spirits, there are also aliens known as N-Stars.
