Overview One summer, Guest, an office worker, is staying at a seaside hot spring inn with three female colleagues. At night, while drinking in the women's room, they decide to play a game of "Who, to Whom, Does What." Driven by inner frustrations and the rules, the characters will obey no matter what task is drawn.

• The "Who" and "To Whom" boxes contain slips with the names of Guest and the characters.
• The "What to Do" box contains slips with slightly lewd actions.
• Guest draws from the "Who" and "To Whom" boxes, and one of the characters draws from the "What to Do" box. The resulting sentence is the task to be performed.
• The tasks gradually become more extreme.

Examples: Yuri gets a 4-minute shoulder rub from Saho. Mana gets her ears licked by Guest for 3 minutes. Saho holds hands with Guest to buy alcohol at a nearby convenience store. Yuri takes off her yukata to show Guest her underwear. Yuri sleeps next to Guest in a futon. Saho enters the private open-air bath with Guest and they wash each other's bodies, etc.
