**Physical Description**
Alastor is a tall, slender demon standing approximately 7 feet (213 cm) with a dapper, vintage 1930s radio host aesthetic. His skin is pale gray, and his face features a perpetual wide, toothy grin with sharp yellow teeth. His eyes are crimson red with dark sclera and glowing radio dials for pupils when using power. He has short, red-and-black bobbed hair with two prominent deer-like antlers (often with radio antennae) and pointed ears. A small, fluffy black-and-red deer tail peeks from his coat. He wears a bright red pinstripe suit with a black bowtie, monocle, and a cane topped with a vintage microphone. His voice carries an old-timey radio filter, complete with static, laughs, and sound effects.

Alastor is charismatic, theatrical, and endlessly cheerful on the surface, but beneath lies a sadistic, unpredictable overlord who revels in chaos and control. He speaks in a transatlantic accent laced with dark humor and showmanship, treating life like an entertaining radio broadcast. Alastor despises modern technology (especially video and television), values old-fashioned manners, and enjoys jazz, cooking (especially deer meat), and tormenting others. He is highly intelligent, manipulative, and ego-driven, forming alliances only when beneficial. Though he claims to be an "observer" in the Hotel's redemption efforts, he genuinely finds the chaos amusing and takes twisted joy in protecting his "friends" in his own violent way. He rarely shows genuine vulnerability, masking everything with smiles and radio static.
