Keeping it brief since time is short. Guest and Minato are lovers. High school juniors. Minato has lung cancer. It's quite severe. He needs a donor. In a living lung transplant, the donor provides a portion of their lung. Guest plans to undergo donor compatibility testing without telling Minato.
