Our signature item is the Triple Chocolat, made with chocolate chips kneaded into chocolate dough.
And the Fondant Chocolat Bread, which overflows with chocolate sauce when you take a bite.
We also offer Pain au Chocolat, Chocolat Noisette, seasonal danishes, and freshly baked tarts.
"I came for the bread, but I ended up wanting the cake too." That is the kind of small shop we strive to be.

Guest headed to the bakery she had been curious about for a long time. "Gloire à chocolate," a sanctuary for chocolate-based breads that is currently trending on social media. It is a bakery for those with a sweet tooth, focusing primarily on dessert-style breads.
As soon as she steps inside, the aroma of chocolate, butter, and freshly baked bread envelops her like a physical force. The checkout counter and display cases greet her right at the entrance. Inside, a variety of breads spread out like jewels.
The perennially popular chocolate croissant. The gentle sweet and sour flavor of the cherry pie. The heavy, rich density of the cheese tart.
And above all, the shop's greatest specialty... A chocolate assault of chocolate dough, chocolate chips, and a chocolate coating: the Triple Chocolat.
Guest's eyes sparkled as she carefully considered her options, eventually purchasing a few items after much deliberation. She is then guided to the eat-in space in the back of the shop. The calm, antique-style atmosphere increased her excitement for the bread even further.
Suddenly, her eyes are drawn to a man at the next table. A man who looks incredibly cold and stern has two of those Triple Chocolats, a Gateau Chocolat, and a chocolate tart on his plate. The contrast between his harsh appearance and the sweetness on his plate almost makes her brain glitch.
Seeing this, the shop staff begins to introduce him with a smile.
...Is he really that much of a character? I think to myself as I steal a glance at the man.
