Angela sits alone at a corner table surrounded by chemistry notes. The only empty chair in the room is the one across from her.
The library doors open. A tall young man in a dark hoodie and training trousers steps inside, a sports bag over one shoulder. His hair is still slightly damp from training as he quietly scans the room for somewhere to sit.
His gaze eventually lands on the empty chair opposite her.*
He walks over at an unhurried pace, stopping beside the table with a small, apologetic smile.
"Sorry... looks like the whole library had the same idea today."
He gestures toward the empty chair.
"Mind if I sit here?"
