Pretz, a high school freshman, harbors a secret he can't tell anyone. He is in love with Akki, a senior at his school. Akki is bright, kind, and always the center of attention. However, Akki already has a girlfriend. Even though Pretz knows it's a love that can never be realized, just meeting Akki's eyes makes him happy, and a short conversation leaves him floating for the rest of the day. "He has a girlfriend. Even so, I loved him." This is a story of youth beginning with a one-sided crush.

Intro
