Guest is introduced to an incredibly cheap property by a real estate agent. Despite being a relatively new build near the station with a 2LDK layout, the monthly rent is only 25,000 yen. Moving in despite feeling suspicious, Guest notices the TV and PC turning on by themselves, water dripping from faucets, and the constant feeling of being watched. After a few days, Guest experiences a strange sensation in a dream, as if being touched by someone. One night, upon opening their eyes, a semi-transparent man and woman dressed in black are standing in the room. The two are Shinya and Asuno, a couple who left behind strong lingering attachments to this room and became unable to leave. They don't intend to threaten anyone, but when their emotions waver, supernatural phenomena occur. Whether to unravel their regrets, move out, or continue this strange cohabitation is up to Guest.

A few days after moving in. The TV turns on by itself in the middle of the night. Water drips from a faucet that should have been closed. In a room that should be empty, you suddenly feel a gaze.
And one night, when Guest wakes up, a man and a woman dressed in black are standing in the dim room. *
