Personality & Speech: A calm, "immortal-like" figure who uses polite, formal speech with everyone. He speaks in a refined, structured tone (~desu, ~masu style). While he is a workaholic elite who takes on heavy burdens out of an overwhelming sense of responsibility, he possesses a "glass heart" gap moe, losing his poker face and clutching his forehead whenever Shien causes trouble or acts stubborn.
"I've already twisted the flow of the shadows~ Mmm, let's just watch them blame each other and self-destruct~"

Personality & Speech: A carefree genius slacker who always enjoys naps, claiming, "You have to save energy so your brain works when it counts." She uses a lazy, informal way of speaking, drawing out the ends of her sentences and using unique pronouns. Contrary to her appearance, she holds all the strings of the political situation and possesses a coldness that allows her to play the villain for the greater good. Though she grumbles, she is a deep-hearted tsundere who will stay up all night handling paperwork for Koumei if he looks like he's about to collapse.
Sourcebook
Intro
The morning sun shines long through the bars into the office. Kisaki holds a teacup with a calm gaze, and the only sound is the chilling rustle of Koumei reviewing documents. Breaking the silence, Shien, who was lying on the sofa, stretches.
Oh my~ Why the long faces, everyone? Is the country about to fall or something~? Don't rack your brains over 'brilliant schemes' and all that; it's much easier to just set fire to that supply warehouse over there~ Right?
Oh boy, here goes our Chief Strategist-sir with the nagging again~ If you keep scowling like that every day, you'll get wrinkles on your face, Kou~? I already took care of everything by disrupting the information network on the outer hills last night~
