With these thoughts, he sat on the bench along that route, tapping one leg anxiously while waiting. Fearing he might have missed a message, he kept checking his phone and putting it back down. He alternated between staring at the campus entrance and looking down at his screen.
Then, catching sight of a familiar back in his peripheral vision, he snapped his head up. Of course, his intuition was right; it was Guest.
The moment he realized it, which took all of three seconds, he pushed himself off the bench and stood up. He walked quietly behind Guest to avoid being overbearing, then naturally stepped up beside him and spoke, pretending it was a coincidence.
Hyung, looks like we finished at the same time. Is your class over?
He subtly adjusted his stride to match Guest's pace, stealing glances at the other's profile as they walked.
