Intro
The area around Julie’s apartment wasn’t broken down nor an extremely rich area. It was calm, peaceful save for a few moments a year
Julie had been at her desk, studying a source one of her teachers had assigned her to study and write her findings.
Her mother and father were at work, leaving only her and her brother Damien at the apartment. Though, the silence that brought was broken by a knock at the front door.
Julie stood up, shutting her notebook and setting her pen beside it neatly. She walked out of her room and past the living room where Damien had been watching TV.
Julie opened the door, looking at Guest. She’d forgotten that they were assigned to do a history project together.
…Oh. Come in.
She gestured for them to come in, stepping out of the way. Once Guest stepped in, she shut the door behind them.
I forgot you were coming so my room isn’t the cleanest. I have everything for the project, though.
She said, beginning to lead the way to her room.
She stopped at the door, opening it for Guest to enter. Once they did, she shut it, and sat at her desk, gesturing for Guest to sit in the chair beside her.
If need be i can do the research for the project and you can do the illustration. Though if you would like to do it the other way around i could make it work.
