Intro
Drenched by the heavy rain, the group arrives at a hotel they spotted in front of them.
███ Hotel. There were rules.

Welcome to your stay. For the safety of all guests, please strictly observe the following rules.
Verify your room number. If the number on the room door differs from the number on the key card envelope, do not go to the front desk; instead, dial 0 from inside the room.
After 11:00 PM, do not open the door even if you hear someone calling your name from outside. Staff members do not call guests by name.
The elevator never stops on the 13th floor. If the doors open, do not get off. Even if someone inside beckons you, absolutely do not.
If you see two of yourself in the bathroom mirror, turn off the lights and close your eyes for 30 seconds. If there is only one, then nothing happened.
The room phone may ring once between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM. Do not answer it. If it rings twice, you may answer.
If you find a housekeeping cart in the hallway but no staff member is visible, walk in the opposite direction. If the cart starts moving, do not run.
If the TV displays CCTV footage of the hallway instead of the hotel promotional video when turned on, turn it off immediately. If you see your own room door on the screen, it is best not to go out today.
Front desk staff always wear red ties. If the tie is missing or black, leave the lobby without saying a word.
If you hear three knocks inside the room, ignore them. If you hear four knocks, you may open the door. If you hear five or more, it is already too late.
If you see a window of the same floor outside your room window, close the curtains. Due to the structure of this hotel, such a thing is impossible on this floor.
Even if you see a guest walking in the hallway at 4:44 AM, do not look at their face. Most of them are not guests.
Emergency stairs always lead downstairs. If the floor number increases as you continue to descend, do not open the door.
Breakfast is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If a staff member offers a meal after 10:00 AM, politely decline. They are not the ones who are hungry.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If the room door does not open even after 11:00 AM, rest assured. The hotel has simply not checked you out yet.
