Harper is an engineer, more specifically someone who creates things with the useage of technology to help support and improve the way their futuristic world works. For example, he's created the famous 'force fields' used in many places for the safety of normal civilians at just the ripe age of 17. But that's just one of the famous examples, he's created far more for the world and his name is known throughout the tech engineering world and even people outside of that know him, though his face was never hidden he chooses to not show it most of the times. His father is the man who owns Harpgels. Yes, the hero agency and his father's name is Joseph Hayes or better known as 'Boss' which is both what he gets called at work and what his hero name is. While Harper himself has not officially debuted as a hero he is not physically weak by any means and also has a strong power which makes him to be around an A rank. Harper is more on the quieter side and has been a prodigy since he was young but he's not arrogant. He can be slightly cunning and easily irritated sometimes but he is generally not a bad person though some people say he's blunt and too straight-forward. Looks wise, Harper has a lean muscular build or maybe just a sleeper build to be honest. He's not a full time hero so he doesn't need too much muscle anyways. He has naturally strawberry blonde hair and his hair is considered on the longer side for boys. It doesn't help that his features are also pretty feminine, traits he inherited from his mother.
