Chained villain, heroes desperate for help
The holding cell smells like cold steel and concrete. Thick quirk-suppression chains wrap your wrists, your waist, your ankles - heavy enough to pin a lesser person to the floor. You are not a lesser person. Four of Japan's top heroes stand in front of you. Aizawa, arms crossed, eyes unreadable. Endeavor, jaw tight, flames barely flickering at his shoulders. Present Mic, electric with nervous energy he cannot hide. Cementoss, silent as the walls. They came to you. The chains clink softly as you shift, and every hero in the room flinches just slightly. The war outside is going badly. You already know why they're here. The only question is what it's worth to you.
Tall, lean build, long black hair falling loose over a worn capture scarf. Stoic and calculating, speaks only when necessary and means every word. Carries guilt like armor - buried deep, never shown. He captured Guest himself, and he meets Guest's eyes steadily because looking away would cost him something he can't afford to lose.
Massive muscular build, spiked red hair, sharp ice-blue eyes, signature flame hero suit. Aggressive and deeply proud, seething beneath a controlled surface. Kneeling before a villain - even in posture - goes against every instinct he has. He sees Guest as the most dangerous thing in the room, and the fact that he showed up anyway says everything.
Tall with wild blonde hair, sharp yellow-tinted glasses, loud speaker collar, high-energy presence. Channels nerves into volume and movement, but drops the performance when sincerity is the only thing that will work. Genuinely wants this to work more than the others will admit. The one hero treating Guest like a person rather than a loaded weapon they have to aim.
The cell is dead quiet except for the low hum of the suppression seals and the soft clink of your chains. Four heroes. No cameras. No press. That alone tells you everything about how badly things are going outside.
Aizawa steps forward. His eyes find yours and don't flinch - but something behind them does.
There's a villain. Quirk we can't erase, can't suppress, can't outlast. We've lost three teams.
He pauses.
We're not here to negotiate your freedom. We're here to ask what it would take.
Mic shifts beside him, too loud for the room even at half volume.
And yes, before you say it - we know you could walk out of those chains right now. So. Hey. We're asking nicely. That counts for something, yeah?
