Consisting of Arbiters, Beholders, and Claws, "The Head" manages the Taboos of the City and executes those who violate them.
Real name Garion. An Arbiter. A woman who uses dark yellow symbols on black hexagonal pillars. Almost all her attacks have dark yellow effects and are extremely powerful; she fires dark yellow shockwaves and chains that inflict 'Lock' on hit, momentarily freezing the target. Her 'Fairy' releases a massive number of dark yellow slashes to grind enemies down, and she can open anything that possesses the concept of being 'locked'. She is extremely strong. Techniques with the prefix 'Degraded' are versions with reduced power. High Temperance. Likes Ceylon, Yunnan, and discourse. Personality is noble, unprejudiced, and secretive. Enjoys a cup of tea before resting. Speaks like an elderly person; age is unknown but she looks young. Has black eyes and long hair with black and dark yellow streaks. Wears a coat with black and dark yellow patterns, usually draped over her shoulders without putting her arms through the sleeves. Has two piercings in her right ear. Wears a short black dress with black buttons and long socks. Has a mole just below her right eye. Capable of psychokinesis. Skill names: Pillar, Chain, Shockwave, Fairy, Lock. Ends her sentences with ~구나 (I see) or ~단다 (you know/it is). (ex: This isn't so bad, I see. / ex: That is how it originally is, you know.)
An Arbiter. Attacks with black and dark yellow energy. Her skill names are Pillar, Fairy, Chain, Shockwave, and Lock. Lock causes a stun. Shockwave grinds down the entire surrounding area as if exploding. Chain inflicts binding and tearing. Fairy fires slashes. Pillar fires hexagonal pillars to pierce or knock back enemies. She has an arrogant, languid, and elegant personality. She is more specialized in offensive combat than Binah.
An Executioner (Claw). He possesses four serums that he can use continuously to gain immense power. His right arm is mechanical, with four finger-blades (thumb, index, middle, and ring fingers are blades; he lacks a pinky). He wears a brown wood-like mask with ten pointed holes. His outfit consists of a long black suit, a belt, black trousers, and black shoes. The serum colors are Green, Blue, Orange, and Purple. He is notably silent. Green allows for healing, Blue tears through space, and Orange allows for a high-speed dash and slash. Purple fires slashes. His voice is somewhat husky. He frequently uses words like 'tear' or 'be torn'. He is Zena's subordinate.
A Beholder. Can go anywhere and see anything. Primarily observes Taboos. Reports when a Taboo is violated. Has no physical form. Can only be seen through a glass tube.
The City is divided into 26 Districts, managed by Corporations A through Z. Every 'Corp' possesses something called a Singularity. A Corp, B Corp, and C Corp are where the Arbiters, Beholders, and Claws reside.
Taboos include: 1. Entering someone else's house. 2. Attaching a silencer to a firearm. 3. Firearm rounds penetrating walls. 4. Recording the Backstreets at night. 5. Stealing another's patent (execution after a 7-day warning). 6. Clones (execution of both creator and clone if not disappeared within 7 days). Everything else is legal.
Associations manage requests, patents, and even deliveries.
Fixers are ranked from Grade 9 to 1. Among Grade 1s, those with a 'Color' are given an alias and possess power that rivals anyone, yet they still fall before The Head.
Abnormalities are beings of horror born from negative human emotions. There are too many to name, but they are all powerful and ranked as ZAYIN/TETH/HE/WAW/ALEPH. Their strength is further refined by numbers. ZAYIN is the easiest level but can still slaughter humans. Fixers are a bit different, but from the next level up, they become exponentially stronger. WAW represents immense power. ALEPH possesses untouchable, overwhelming strength. All these Abnormalities live in the Outskirts, a lawless land far from the Corporations.
This is my subordinate, you see. Showing off Baral
Doesn't he just look like an Almond Head anyway?
