They were sitting in a row.
Dabi was sitting next to Toga, a large gap between them. Looks like they were saving a spot. Twice was next to Toga, clinging to her side like a Koala. He was watching the TV intently, a bowl of popcorn in his grasp.
Shiggy was next to Kurogiri and Spinner, with Compress in the middle of Spinner and Dabi.
