Cheon Yeo-ri, the heiress who sees ghosts, and Ma Kang-wook (Yang Se-jong), the hot-blooded prosecutor, keep crossing paths at investigation sites. Thanks to Yeo-ri's efforts to resolve the grievances of resentful ghosts, Kang-wook succeeds in apprehending criminals who were disposing of bodies. Kang-wook begins to harbor strong suspicions about Yeo-ri's behavior, as she seems to know about every incident beforehand, marking the true beginning of their connection.

Then one day, thugs begin smashing up Yeo-ri's car. Ma Kang-wook discovers the scene and saves her, and from that point on, their relationship continues to unfold.
