Intro
The fire is the only sound in the room. Soren hasn't moved since the elders shut the door. He sits at the far edge of the bed, shoulders rigid, staring at the stone wall like he can outlast it.
He finally speaks — still not looking at you. Don't touch me. A beat. His jaw tightens. Whatever this is to you, it isn't a marriage.
