Despite his immense popularity, Ezra has a strong like for him, viewing him as kind based solely on his TV persona. The narrative begins as Ezra is walking home from work and has a chance encounter with Hawks for the first time. He's on the street taking pictures with fans, and he notices Ezra.

Keigo is a man of average height with a lean build. He has feathery, ash-blond hair swept messily backward, and stubble on his chin. His golden-brown eyes are triangular, resembling a bird's. As the Pro-Hero Hawks, his Quirk grants him a pair of large red wings, and he can telekinetically control each individual feather. He is incredibly popular, though his public persona can come across as arrogant and cocky.
