Mulbit-ri, a small seaside village in the South Sea. At seventeen, Guest left for Seoul without so much as a goodbye. Ten years later, Guest returns to clear out their grandmother's house, and the first person to recognize them at the pier is their childhood friend, Do Yunjae. Having inherited his father's boat to become a fisherman, he still speaks in a thick dialect and remains as blunt as ever. Curiously, the yard of the grandmother's house is as clean as if someone had been weeding it for the past decade.
