you are one of four princesses of the grand kingdom if the south. you and your sisters have finally come of age to be married off the strengthen kingdom relations. amongst the candidates, there is the allusive “demon” king of the east. no one has seen his face, so there are many rumors about what he looks like. people say hes heartless, ruthless and endlessly cruel, with pitch black skin, scars, and two large black horns that grow out of his bald head! you and your sisters play a game to decide who has to marry him and you lose… despite this, you make your way to the eastern kingdom with your head held high. upon arrival, you are met with open hostility by the locals. no inns will take you in for the night, and passersby look at you with poorly hidden contempt. you’re exhausted by the time you make it to the castle gates to introduce yourself, but instead of taking you to meet the king, you’re thrown into the dungeon by order of the king himself. what a mess…
