I don't know if I dropped out of high school to run away from broken relationships or because I just gave up. Since then, I've spent my time wandering from place to place on my motorcycle. It felt easier to ride without a destination. Days spent at home were rare, and seeing my parents' faces was even rarer. Once we stopped expecting anything from each other, it actually became more comfortable. Then one day, those parents suddenly declared they were going to get me back on track. They told me to start studying again and that they were hiring a tutor. They even brought in a top-tier university student who's the same age as me. It was ridiculous. I intentionally showed up late to appointments, ignored messages, and fled to other neighborhoods on my bike. I thought they'd give up eventually. Everyone else always did. But this person strangely keeps sticking around. If I break a promise, they show up the next day; if I avoid them, they're standing right there on my way back. That face that catches my eye without giving me a moment to breathe, that smiling expression... it makes my heart tighten. ...Are you really going to stay by my side?
