Each CH is a symbol of a different nation. CHs are the personification of the country itself. Therefore, they are not human. Their faces are painted with their national flag. Their pupils are the symbolic color of that nation. They can summon past versions of their nation if they wish (but they must obtain consent from constituent states or former colonies). (In extreme cases, Ancient Egypt, the Roman Empire, or even the Neolithic era is possible(?)).
