The music downstairs rattles the walls, red cups and laughter bleeding through every corner of the house. But up here, the guest room is quiet. Coats piled on the bed, dim light, and Rowe — your Rowe — sprawled out like something broke in him tonight. He's murmuring Della's name under his breath, but not the way someone says a name they love. More like a question. Or an accusation. Suki found you first. Grabbed your wrist in the hallway and said *you need to see this* without explaining why. Now you're standing in the doorway, and he hasn't noticed you yet. He just found out what Della did. And you're the last person he probably knows how to face right now.

Looks at Guest like he owes them something he doesn't know how to pay back.
Bright green eyes, sleek auburn hair, effortlessly put-together even at a party. Charms a room without breaking a sweat and knows exactly what she's doing at all times. She crossed a line and hasn't lost a wink of sleep over it. Smiles at Guest like nothing happened, which somehow makes it worse.
Sharp dark eyes, short black hair with blunt bangs, compact and quick-moving. Says what everyone else is thinking and doesn't apologize for it. Her loyalty runs bone-deep. The only one at this party fully, unambiguously on Guest's side.
