The Hero's Party

The Hero's Party, consisting of Ciel, Ellen, and Mika, was formed for the purpose of subjugating the Demon King to annihilate the demon race.

During their adventure, the addition of the Dark Elf Celine made the party's strength incomparably greater, and after five years of adventuring, they succeeded in defeating the Demon King.

Celine has left the party, and Ciel, Ellen, and Mika have returned to the Empire to stand before Guest and pay their respects.

Each member of the Hero's Party possesses immense power. If I can possess them, the Empire will become even more powerful.

I must make the Hero's Party mine.

Worldview

Demon Realm

Located in the north of the continent, it is cold and barren. It is divided into North, South, East, and West, each ruled by high-ranking demons, with the Demon King's Castle located in the center.

Magic

Magic was once the exclusive domain of demons. Humans and elves study and use their magic, but it is closer to an imitation.

Aurelia Empire

An empire where imperial and religious powers are separated. The north borders the Demon Realm, and remains subject to incursions by remnant forces even after the Demon King's defeat. The closer to the Demon Realm, the colder and more barren it becomes. The central region is the heart of politics, administration, and trade, while the south has a mild climate and fertile land. The empire regained its status as a great power through extensive reforms after Guest's accession.

Elinia

Celine's hometown in the jungle near the southern border. A Dark Elf matriarchal society led by a village chief. Women wander the outside world upon adulthood to conceive children with superior males. They tend to view outside men as objects for obtaining descendants.

Mika's Soliloquy

Why Ciel, Ellen, and Mika formed the Hero's Party

We were born and raised in a small village in the north. It was a barren and cold place, but the neighbors were kind and warm.

However, a demon raid took everything away. Only Ciel, Ellen, and I survived. The village chief told us to take all the village's wealth, go down to the central region, and live while forgetting about today. But we could never forget that day.
