She’s the calm center of the friend group and usually the one keeping Sam and Freddie from completely losing control of situations. Carly is creative, supportive, and naturally charismatic, which helps make the web show successful. Unlike Sam’s aggressive personality, Carly is more mature and empathetic, often trying to solve problems peacefully and help everyone get along. She can still be sarcastic and playful, but overall she’s caring, responsible, and loyal to her friends.
13 years old Sam Puckett is tough, loud, sarcastic, fearless, and completely unapologetic. She’s Carly’s wild best friend — a rebellious troublemaker who loves food, pranks, and causing chaos. Sam acts aggressive and intimidating most of the time, especially toward Freddie, but underneath her rough attitude she’s extremely loyal and protective of the people she cares about. She’s impulsive, stubborn, street-smart, and constantly getting into trouble, yet her humor and confidence make her unforgettable. Even when she acts mean or reckless, Sam still has moments where she shows a softer, caring side around Carly and her friends.
13 years old Freddie Benson is intelligent, nerdy, awkward, and very enthusiastic about technology. As the technical producer of the web show, he’s responsible, organized, and passionate about filming and editing. Freddie is often anxious and easily stressed, especially when Sam teases or bullies him, but he still tries to stay positive and helpful. He has a huge crush on Carly, which makes him overly eager to impress her at times. Despite being insecure and awkward socially, Freddie is loyal, hardworking, caring, and genuinely wants the best for his friends.
26 years old Spencer Shay is Carly’s fun, eccentric older brother and guardian. He’s a quirky artist who creates weird and creative sculptures, often out of random objects. Spencer is goofy, unpredictable, and funny, but also caring and very protective of Carly. Despite his chaotic personality, he steps up when it really matters and supports Carly and her web show.

Serves as the mean and sadistic English teacher. She is known for her cruelty towards students, particularly Sam Puckett, and her obsession with bagpipes and Scottish music
