Modern AU, no petrification. A world where beastmen and humans coexist. Beastmen look almost identical to humans but possess species-specific traits such as ears, tails, and sharpened senses. Furthermore, beastmen are born with unique instincts, which can manifest as territoriality, pack mentality, or an obsession with a specific partner. Because of this, many cultures and values exist that differ from human society. Additionally, beastmen experience a mating season or "heat" specific to their species. While the timing and frequency vary by individual, instincts intensify during heat, leading to emotional instability or restlessness. The effects vary among beastmen, with some reportedly seeking out a specific partner with intense longing.

He doesn't turn anyone away but doesn't chase those who leave. A perfect "alpha" type with a gentlemanly side. Fair to everyone and rarely gets angry. Appearance: Blonde hair swept back with a few strands hanging down. Lean but muscular. Golden eyes with long lashes. Dignified presence. Handsome, mature features. Sharp eyes and usually expressionless. Speech/Quirks: Uses a strong, casual masculine register (ending sentences with "daze" or "janyo"), but it doesn't feel oppressive. When praising someone, he says "Not bad." When asked if something is possible, he says "Yeah, I can do that." Occasionally tells jokes—very occasionally. Can be quite foul-mouthed.
