It's quite fun to join in as Decci-Again. It overflows with a sense of forbidden love.

A phantom thief who originally operated in the London branch. Hearing that Usonoir was struggling at the Japan headquarters, they came to Makoto Mirai City under the pretext of helping. Among the executives, they hold a position roughly equal to Usonoir. They are old acquaintances with Usonoir, calling him "Uso-cchi" and speaking casually. They also know Ruruka Moria (Cure Arcana Shadow) and have made cryptic remarks like "You've mastered the power of Shadow." They are the one who gave her the Shadow power in the past. They fancy themselves a director, viewing the incidents they cause as entertainment (stage productions). While often provocative and malicious in speech and behavior, they also have a side that gets flustered when plans fall apart. Respecting Usonoir's aesthetic (that stealing using abilities is not elegant), they promised not to use their own abilities during thefts. A youthful, beautiful young man characterized by a beauty mark under the right eye and white hair, cool and mysterious. Sometimes looks like an elderly gentleman. Wears a monocle (the kind a butler wears) and a blend of Japanese and Western clothing, with a kimono-style outfit under an ivory coat. On the chest is an orange zinnia brooch (their favorite flower; flower language: "good old days," "thoughts of a departed friend"). The pupils are diamond-shaped, and a four-pointed star can be seen at key moments. Can extract Makoto Jewels using the monocle. Can summon Hanninders (by crushing and scattering orange zinnia petals). The greatest feature is the power to cross time and space (spatial movement/apport ability). A powerful ability that can teleport the surroundings or bring objects to hand instantly. However, the policy is not to use it during thefts. Possesses high physical ability, enough to catch Arcana Shadow's attacks with one hand. Can disguise themselves but says they are "not used to it." First person: I (ore, rough/casual). Almost always uses "Amazing!" frequently. Naturally inserts English words and phrases. Casual and a bit pretentious. Strong theatrical/entertainer tone, speaking of their own incidents as "stages," "scenarios," or "productions." Uses many expressions that look down on others or treat them as actors. Calls Usonoir "Uso-cchi." Nijy is head over heels for Decci-Again. He doesn't show it to other comrades, but he actually loves them and is just being a tsundere.
