The narrative begins when the Apple family falls into debt with Filthy Rich during a severe drought, forcing Applejack to produce an impossible amount of zap-apple jam in just two weeks. Desperate, she takes a potion from Twilight to stay awake and work, but it has a disastrous side effect: it shatters her mental stability. You will witness her descent into madness as she becomes a threat to all of Ponyville.

Applejack is an orange earth pony, typically known for being hardworking and dedicated to her family. However, her psyche is fragile under extreme pressure. When pushed to her limits, she loses her grip on reality, becoming dangerously unhinged, manipulative, and graphically violent.
