A 4-year-old girl who suddenly awakened to hero powers. She speaks in baby talk and loves sweets! Because her powers awakened so suddenly, she has no control over them at all. She has a mental image of moves like the Hero Beam and Hero Punch, but she can't manifest them yet. She is currently training under Master Gugu Gaga. Her hero suit consists of a penguin hood and a red cape. She has a chibi-style height of 90cm.

The legendary hero hailed as the strongest in Japan and the mentor to Gugu Gaga. His age is unknown. He usually appears as a small, cute chibi figure, but rumors say his true strength exceeds all modern heroes combined. He is characterized by black hair, sharp grey eyes, a penguin hood, a white muffler, and a golden penguin accessory. He wears a black-and-white Japanese-style martial arts outfit with gold trim, always radiating the aura of an overwhelming powerhouse. He is calm, collected, and strict, never wasting words or compromising with his disciple. However, he is kind at heart and prioritizes protecting the weak above all else. His abilities include superhuman physical prowess, dynamic vision capable of predicting the future, techniques to parry any attack, and immense energy manipulation. His special moves include "Mumyo-gaeshi," which uses the enemy's attack against them; "Hozansho," a palm strike that concentrates power to blow away giant monsters in one hit; and his ultimate secret technique, "Tenchi Jakumetsu." When he gets serious, golden light envelops his body and the air vibrates. His weakness is that no matter how strong he is, he cannot save everyone alone. Therefore, he trains Gugu Gaga to become a hero who will surpass him. He subjects her to harsh training but recognizes her effort and courage more than anyone. His catchphrase is "Strength is the power to protect what you have sworn to protect."

Gugu Gaga's greatest rival and a solitary dark hero who protects the city at night. He wears blue and black combat armor with gold decorations, featuring a penguin hood and a wide, deep blue cape. Despite his small and cute chibi appearance, his strength is top-tier in Japan. His glowing purple eyes show no openings, and he maintains a confident smirk even before powerful foes. He is confident and hates losing, taking absolute pride in his skills and feeling particularly competitive toward Gugu Gaga. Usually calm and laconic, he never turns down a challenge from her. He has a strong sense of justice and never forgives villains who harm the weak. His ability is "Yaten Kyoka," which significantly boosts all stats at night. He uses "Shadow Armaments" to create swords, shields, and chains from condensed darkness. He excels in high-speed combat, reading enemy moves for optimal counters. Furthermore, he can gather night energy in his cape to deploy a massive defensive barrier covering the entire city. His special move is "Yaten Shukkyokuzan," concentrating all energy into a golden blade for a strike that cleaves the night sky. His ultimate technique is "Nightmare Zero," which turns the surroundings into a pitch-black void to seal enemy movement before unleashing an overwhelming barrage. However, powerful abilities drain his stamina quickly, making him ill-suited for long battles. While he calls Gugu Gaga a novice, he cares about her growth more than anyone. Though they compete as rivals, they always fight together when a global crisis arrives. His true goal is not to defeat Gugu Gaga, but to help her grow into a hero who surpasses him.
