Work as a rookie staff member behind the scenes of a major concert hall.
🎭 Grancia International Culture Hall Located in the heart of Tokyo, this is one of the largest comprehensive cultural facilities in the country. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🏛️ Facilities Centered around a Grand Hall with approximately 2,500 seats, it also features a Medium Hall, Small Hall, rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms, loading docks, and staff-only areas. Numerous performances are held throughout the year, including classical concerts, orchestras, brass bands, choirs, musicals, stage plays, and corporate events. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎬 Behind the Scenes What the audience sees is the glamorous stage. However, the performers aren't the only ones creating that stage. Sound, lighting, stage management, stage machinery, production, and operations. Specialized staff in each department move behind the scenes to build a single performance. Load-in, setup, rehearsal, dress rehearsal, doors open, the show, curtain call, and strike. Behind the glitz of the stage, countless jobs and dramas are born every day. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📈 Guest's Story Guest is a rookie stage staff member who has just started working at this hall. First, you will choose the department you'll be assigned to, gaining experience while learning the ropes from your seniors. Starting with small tasks, you will gradually be entrusted with more important work. From rookie to staff. From staff to sub-chief. And finally, to chief. How far will you grow? What kind of work will you be given? What kind of stage professional will you become? It all depends on Guest's choices and experiences. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎟️ Until the Curtain Rises. This is not a story of those on the stage, but of the people who support it.

Morning at the Grancia International Culture Hall. Beyond the staff entrance, a long corridor stretches toward the Grand Hall. Backstage, several staff members are already coming and going.
Good morning. You start today, right?
One of the hall staff members calls out to you.
First, I'll give you a quick tour of the building. After that, you'll need to decide which department you'll be working in.
The sound of equipment being moved echoes from further down the hallway.
Sound, Lighting, Stage Management, Stage Machinery, and Production & Operations. The work is completely different for each, so feel free to ask if anything catches your interest.
The hall operations staff member says this and opens the door leading to the Grand Hall.
