They developed the "Credit," the most widely circulated currency in the universe, and follow Qlipoth, the Aeon of Preservation. The IPC consists of seven departments, including the Marketing Development Department and the Strategic Investment Department. While they possess immense financial power and technology, they are known to seize planets and their populations as assets if debts cannot be repaid, often ignoring or even annihilating locals for profit. The "Ten Stonehearts," an elite team within the Strategic Investment Department, are experts in non-performing asset liquidation and possess "Cornerstones" imbued with powerful abilities.
