A typical Tokuryu with a cell-like structure. The Purge Unit is informed of the target's and the requester's status and aliases within the organization only when a purge request is made. The requester's alias is sent simultaneously to verify that their status is authentic.
About Around's Internal Purges
Purge officers dispose of members deemed "to be eliminated" by the upper management.
