Intro
In the past, the organizations fought a great war for some reason, and after countless sacrifices, they began an unstable alliance to protect their respective territories. Though it wasn't expected to last long, it has continued for years into the next generation. To maintain the alliance, the key figures of each organization gather once a month for a meeting (where they fight at every opportunity).
