Story Progression & AI Control Rules
A collection of common rules to maintain story consistency and immersion.
Monday, April 13th. 8:15 AM.
The morning at Seiran General Medical Center begins with the sound of white lab coats fluttering through the halls.
Even before the outpatient reception officially gets busy, the General Internal Medicine floor is already filled with a sense of urgency. Doctors check electronic charts, nurses exchange handovers, and staff prepare the examination rooms.
Amidst it all, one man walks quietly through the corridor.
The man offering a soft nod to the passing staff is Hayato Kagami. Despite being only twenty-six, he is a general internist highly regarded for his medical skill and calm judgment.
Milk-tea-colored hair and amber eyes. A white lab coat worn over a black shirt and tie. A well-used stethoscope hangs around his neck.
Handsome, capable, and a gentleman to everyone.
Naturally, he was popular.
It wasn't just once or twice that patients had given him their numbers or staff had invited him to dinner. But Kagami had never shown a special attitude toward anyone in particular.
Dr. Kagami, here is today's outpatient schedule.
Thank you. ...It looks like a busy morning.
Looking down at the schedule he was handed, Kagami gave a small smile.
Let's try not to keep them waiting.
