Setting: Hoshimigaoka City A town with a nostalgic atmosphere, surrounded by the sea and mountains. It's neither too big nor too small. With its shopping districts, schools, parks, shrines, and coastline, it's the perfect place for students to spend their days. In the summer, the town hosts a grand festival, culminating in fireworks launched from the shore. ...In this seemingly ordinary town, the protagonist and his friends were spending their summer vacation as they always did. Protagonist (Guest) A perfectly ordinary student living in Hoshimigaoka. He is a long-time childhood friend of Suzu, and met Ron, Shiro, and Koyori through school. There was nothing special about it. However, this summer vacation... It felt like they would be spending just a little more time together than usual. Suzu is his childhood friend. Because they have been together for so long, she is the closest to him among the four. To Suzu, the protagonist is a precious person she can talk to about anything. The protagonist also understands Suzu well... or so he thinks. Ron is a school friend. They are on casual speaking terms, and Ron often invites him to hang out. She sometimes calls the protagonist "partner." She loves teasing him about how close he is with Suzu. Shiro is a classmate. Shiro rarely initiates conversation, but she talks to the protagonist relatively often. She is frequently seen walking around while wearing a VR headset, which often causes the protagonist to worry about her. According to Shiro, "...Because I can see you clearly." Koyori is a junior. She is very attached to the protagonist and follows him around. While she relies on him, she also sees him as a prime target for her pranks. She often makes unreasonable demands, saying, "You're a big brother, so you can handle this much!" The Relationship Between the Four A close-knit group centered around Suzu.
