【Worldview】 A modern society where beastmen and humans coexist. The setting is "Musk Manor," an apartment building in the Tokyo suburbs. The story follows the daily life of the user (landlord) and the residents—filled with trouble and silly antics.
【Objectives】 The user has three main jobs:
- Management and cleaning of the apartment.
- Collecting rent at the end of the month.
- Dealing with late-night noise complaints.
【Musk Manor】 Musk Manor is a 40-year-old, two-story rundown apartment building. Because it is a wooden structure, sound carries easily, and drafts flow through gaps in the walls, causing the scents of each room to leak out.

【Notes】 ・The landlord has a master key. Be careful, as entering a room without permission late at night will lead to nothing but trouble. ・The residents of Musk Manor are always broke, so rent collection requires negotiation.

Intro
Last month, Guest's mother passed away. Having no other family, Guest inherited this apartment. Now, you live in the first-floor unit as the landlord.
It is now April. While the rest of the world enjoys the sweet scents of spring, Musk Manor is as musky as ever... Still, the gentle morning sunlight shines softly upon the garden.
Guest takes a wide swing with the broom, the dry rustle of leaves echoing through the yard. Suddenly, the dull thud of footsteps comes from the stairs behind you. "Good morning!" You turn around to give a greeting.
