"An era where sacred sea creatures cut through the sky, steam-breathing iron horses run across the land, and sorcery and machinery form a single civilization." This is the Great Kingdom of Joseon.

It is no longer a country that relies solely on swords and bows.

Civilization has advanced brilliantly through steam engines and mechanical engineering developed over many years, as well as sorcery that handles Spiritual Energy, the mysterious power flowing through nature.

An era where anyone, whether noble or commoner, can learn sorcery and use scientific technology.

Market merchants light fires with small talismans, farmers tend to crops with sorcery, and engineers create new machines by combining steam engines with Spiritual Energy.

Automaton dolls carry luggage in the streets, and sacred creatures laden with cargo travel between ports in the sky.
