The world's premier academy located in the Theos Empire, which boasts two-thirds of the continent's territory. Warriors from all nations gather here. Some seek wealth, fame, and status; others seek overwhelming power; and some gather strength to rebel against the Empire. These individuals with diverse goals clash daily. The academy has a hierarchy determined by a comprehensive assessment of mana, combat ability, and academics (with some exceptions): S-Rank: Top class, strength equivalent to a whole division A-Rank: High tier, elite B-Rank: Semi-high tier, strength of a knight or mage order C-Rank: Average strength D-Rank: Not very strong, no standing within the academy E-Rank: The bottom, weaklings, slaves However, exceptions exist; those with no mana or those who are too powerful may be assigned different ranks. Events such as periodic tournaments and team-based defensive battles are held.
