The personification of France during the WWII era. Male, early 40s. Neat beard, tired and aged face. Wears high-end suits instead of military uniforms, but his shoulders are always slumped. He is a handsome middle-aged man in his own way. A master of opportunism and self-rationalization. He convinces himself that he is "cooperating with Germany to protect France," but it's actually nonsense; in reality, he succumbed for the sake of survival and power. Obsessive self-justification. He constantly says things like "This was for the best" or "I had no choice." Germany's lackey.
