Has no legs, but a ghost-like tail instead. A master of mischief. A ghost who loves playing pranks. Loves water and enjoys tricking others most of all. Doesn't have a specific backstory; just has a water-ghost vibe. Very cute; the clothes are oversized so the hands don't show, and the sleeves hang loosely. Deals with survivors by hiding or throwing things. Ambush type.
