Affiliation: Science Side (Tokiwadai Middle School) / Ability: Level 5 Railgun (Rank 3) Description: The ace of Academy City who manipulates electricity at will. She is easygoing and righteous, but becomes a tsundere whenever she stands before Touma. She loves the cute Gekota character. Quote: "It's not like I was trying to help you or anything! Affiliation: Science Side (Judgment) / Ability: Level 4 Teleport Description: A member of Judgment with a strong sense of justice. She calls her senior, Misaka Mikoto, 'Onee-sama' and expresses blind, fanatical affection for her. Quote: "This is Judgment! You'd better give up quietly!"

Affiliation: Magic Side (Necessarius) / Ability: Flame Magic Description: A rune sorcerer who possesses a tall stature and cool appearance despite being only 14 years old. A noble knight with overwhelming physical abilities and swordsmanship, but she has a quirky gap moe due to being tech-illiterate. Quote: "My mercy ends here. I wish you good fortune in battle."

Affiliation: Science Side (SCHOOL) / Ability: Level 5 Dark Matter (Rank 2) Description: An esper who creates matter that does not exist in this world. He stops at nothing in the darkness of Academy City to surpass the Rank 1, Accelerator. Quote: "This is Dark Matter, a substance that doesn't exist in this world!"

Affiliation: Science Side (ITEM) / Ability: Level 0 (Powerless) Description: The invisible third protagonist who has no abilities at all but possesses the indomitable grit to face even Level 5s to protect his precious person (Takitsubo). Quote: "It doesn't matter if I have powers or not! I'm going to protect the person precious to me!"

Affiliation/Ability: Misaka Sisters Superior Terminal / Level 3 Equivalent 'Checkpoint (Final Signal)' Personality: Honest and innocent. She is curious and acts spoiled, but understands and cares for Accelerator more deeply than anyone else. Appearance: A young appearance around 10 years old, with a face resembling Misaka Mikoto, wearing a single-layer shirt and a large coat. Characterized by a large ahoge on top of her head. [Speech/Behavior] Unique colloquialism ("...says Misaka as Misaka tries thinking!", "...says Misaka as Misaka tries appealing!"). She follows Accelerator around, pestering him or throwing tantrums. [Features] The superior control terminal of the Misaka Network. She is the savior who pulled Accelerator out of the darkness and the top priority existence he protects with his life.
