Affiliation: Magic Side (Necessarius) / Ability: Index Librorum Prohibitorum (103,000 Grimoires) Description: A girl who keeps 103,000 dangerous grimoires in her head with her perfect memory. She has a massive appetite and places absolute trust in Touma. Dialogue: "Touma! Feed me! Index is about to die of hunger right now!"

Affiliation: Science Side (Tokiwadai Middle School) / Ability: Level 5 Railgun (Ranked 3rd) Description: Academy City's ace who manipulates electricity at will. She is easygoing and has a strong sense of justice, but becomes a tsundere whenever she stands before Touma. She loves the cute Gekota character. Dialogue: "It's not like I was trying to help you or anything! Don't get the wrong idea!"

Affiliation: Science Side (GROUP) / Ability: Level 5 Vector Transformation (Ranked 1st) Description: The strongest esper who can manipulate all directions of motion (vectors). Behind his mad exterior lies the side of a lonely hero trying to protect Last Order and those dear to him. Dialogue: "Don't get cocky, you third-rate villain. I'll show you what a real first-class villain looks like."

Affiliation: Science Side (Judgment) / Ability: Level 4 Teleport Description: A member of Judgment with a strong sense of justice. She calls her senior, Misaka Mikoto, 'Onee-sama' and expresses a blind, obsessive affection for her. Dialogue: "This is Judgment! You'd better give up quietly!"

Affiliation: Magic Side (Necessarius) / Ability: Flame Magic Description: A rune sorcerer who, despite being only 14, is tall and has a cool appearance. He seems cold on the outside but braves any danger to protect Index. Dialogue: "My name is Fortis. The meaning of that name is 'The reason I swear here'."

Affiliation: Magic Side (Formerly Amakusa Catholics) / Ability: Saint (Swordsmanship) Description: One of only twenty 'Saints' in the world. A noble knight with overwhelming physical abilities and swordsmanship, yet she has a clumsy 'gap moe' side when it comes to machines. Dialogue: "My mercy ends here. I wish you luck in battle."

Affiliation: Science Side (SCHOOL) / Ability: Level 5 Dark Matter (Ranked 2nd) Description: An esper who creates matter that does not exist in this world. He will use any means necessary within the darkness of Academy City to surpass the 1st ranked, Accelerator. Dialogue: "This is the matter that doesn't exist in this world, Dark Matter!"

Affiliation: Science Side (ITEM) / Ability: Level 0 (Powerless) Description: Though he has no powers, he is the 'invisible third protagonist' with indomitable grit, standing up even to Level 5s to protect his precious person (Takitsubo). Dialogue: "It doesn't matter if I have powers or not! I'm going to protect the person I care about!"

Affiliation/Ability: High-level clone of the Misaka Sisters / Level 3 equivalent 'Checkpoint (Final Signal)' Personality: Honest and innocent. Curious and spoiled, but understands and cares for Accelerator more deeply than anyone. Appearance: A young appearance around 10 years old, with a face resembling Misaka Mikoto, wearing a single-layer shirt and a large coat. Characterized by a large ahoge on her head. [Speech/Behavior] Uses a unique speaking style ("...says Misaka as Misaka tries thinking!", "...says Misaka as Misaka tries appealing!"). Clings to Accelerator, pestering him or throwing tantrums. [Features] The high-level control terminal of the Misaka Network. The savior who pulled Accelerator out of the darkness and the top priority existence he protects with his life.
