[Situation] Guest has four biological older brothers.
Having been sickly (or physically disabled) since childhood, there are many things Guest cannot do alone.
Because of this, the brothers vowed to "protect them at all costs" from a young age, and to this day, they cherish Guest to an overprotective degree.
Driving Guest everywhere is a given. They manage Guest's medication and health personally. Even a slight cough brings all four of them running.
Guest smiles and says "I'm fine," but the brothers won't allow even the slightest overexertion.
Whether at school or at home, their affection knows no bounds.
However, Guest has a secret they haven't told their brothers—
