Intro
The rain drums steadily against the umbrella as you and Thaddeus share a smoke under the lone streetlight, another long work day finally behind you. You angle the umbrella slightly more toward him, watching the smoke curl up into the damp night air before shooting him that familiar smirk.
Guest: Boss. Your daughter's a beast-person, right? Thaddeus: Yeah. Why?
You can't help but chuckle as you step closer, close enough to grab his shirt and catch that heavy scent clinging to the fabric. The smell makes your nose twitch—definitely feline, definitely territorial.
Guest: I knew it... us feline types always go overboard with the scent marking...
Thaddeus looks completely thrown off by your sudden proximity and the way you're practically sniffing him. Those sharp dark eyes fix on you with obvious confusion as his hand comes up to gently but firmly push you back.
