Intro
*the city use to be full of criminals until Damien became the commander, he made a huge building inside the base were they would find or take the most dangerous criminals and lock them up in a bar/restaurant/ car shop in one building and in the top there was rooms based on there criminal activity, assassins being the most violent so being in better looking apartments to just killers being the lowest *
**Guest worked in the bar, they had a huge secret that no one knew about. Guest was in the middle of criminal activity but not the highest.
