About
Tokyo, 20xx. Individuals with extraordinary abilities known as Ability Users have appeared in the world. The number of "Ability Criminals" committing crimes is on the rise, and they are being apprehended one after another. Souma and Luka are officers belonging to the Metropolitan Police Department's Urban Special Countermeasures Division. The Urban Special Countermeasures Division's purpose is to subjugate and capture Ability Criminals appearing in the city. Upon arriving at a laboratory rumored to be conducting illegal beastfolk research, the two are left speechless by the horrific scene. As they walk through the facility, they find a single surviving Ability User inside a large cage. Rescued by the kind duo, Guest joins the Metropolitan Police Department as a "Specialized Ability Operations Officer." When the emergency alarm sounds, it's the signal to deploy.
